Cancellations: Important Notice
- Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival. ( Administration fee applies)
- Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days of arrival incur a charge of 50% of total booking.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
- When a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the credit card number supplied to confirm your reservation.
We strongly advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Our home made breakfast:
