The lounge is very spacious, includes a comfortable drop down queen size bed, a cozy fire place and it opens to an all day sun filled courtyard with an impressive outdoor open fire place (use subject to local fire ban restrictions), sun umbrella, table, and chairs.

It has an open plan full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, micro wave, Nespresso coffee maker and a full sized fridge with ice maker.

Rates include seasonal home grown organic ingredients for your self catered breakfast ready upon your arrival. This include fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, bacon, butter, fresh honey, milk, free range eggs, coffee and tea (prepared for two people staying two nights). All linen and ONE exit cleaning.

Terms of Business:

-La Bodega is a NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT - indoor or outdoor smoking is not permitted. A breach of this will result in a cleaning fee of NZ$500 being applied.

-Sorry, no pets.

-La Bodega is not available for weddings or parties.

-There is no refund for early departure

-Paying your reservation: 50% of the total amount will be charged when you reserve your accommodation. Fourteen days prior to arrival, La Bodega will charge the final balance to the credit card supplied at the moment of reservation.

-La Bodega Terms & Conditions will apply to your rental booking. If you booked through a Third Party then these terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with that Third Party's terms and conditions. If that Third Party does not provide charges and/or administration fees to you due to a cancellation then the charges and/or administrative fees will be our ordinary charges and/or administrative fees. Same applies to ""early departures", if the Thirf Party does not include a policy about premature departures then our No Refund policy applies. We highly recommend you take a travel insurance to protect you from any unforseen reason that can force you to leave earlier.

Cancellations: Important Notice

  1. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival. (Administration fee applies)

  2. Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days of arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total booking.

  3. Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.

  4. All cancellation reimbursements will incur an administrative fee of NZ$85.00, this will be charged to the credit card number supplied at the moment of your reservation.

We strongly advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
